The main objective of this assignment is to design and deliver employable skills/vocational trainings (non-residential) to the identified project beneficiaries in the areas/trades of their interest and employ minimum 80% of them (irrespective of gender) either toward wage employment or self-employment. Assignment Trajectory Deliverable 1: Providing industrial vocational training in technical trades i.e. Commercial Tailoring + Hand Embroidery; Dress Design & Tailoring and Commercial Beautician Training for wage/self-employment and for better business performance in the market; Deliverable 2: Providing industrial skills training in non-technical trades i.e. Entrepreneurship, Digital Courses (Amazon Virtual Assistant, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization), Small Scale Business Management and Enterprise Development Training for wage/self-employment and for better business performance in the market; Deliverable 3: Assisting participants to receive Skill Training Certificate from well reputed technical institute; Deliverable 4: Providing informal or formal apprenticeships / mentorships to ensure wage employment or self-employment of the trainees
