Description
The main objective of this assignment is to design and deliver employable skills/vocational trainings (non-residential) to the identified project beneficiaries in the areas/trades of their interest and employ minimum 60% of them (irrespective of gender) either toward wage employment or self-employment. GEESE in partnership with Women’s Peace & Humanitarian Fund (WPHF) to establish training centers facilities with ample facilities and provide employable skills/vocational trainings (non-residential) as per approved curriculums (training modules) and time duration in the identified trades and will ensure the 60% job placement of participants (either wage employment or self-employment). The non-residential training center will be established keeping in view training needs/trades (Industrial Tailoring/Stitching, Embroidery, Beautician, Cooking Baking, Small Scale Business Management, Basic Financial Literacy, Enterprise Development) within Afghan Refugees camps of Mansehra and Haripur, KP Pakistan. Training will be more focused on practical sessions and hands-on experiences rather than theoretical knowledge.
